The Texas Commision on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requires all public water systems to issue public notices to their customers in the event that the system violates the maximum contaminate level (MCL) for fluoride or arsenic. Notices will be mailed to all customers, posted at the City Hall, and printed in the Denver City Press. We are curently working with KSA Engineers to construct a water treatment plant, to correct these issues. Anyone with questions can contact the City Hall at (806) 456-2288
